1. What are BathTeas?
These are proprietary bath salt formulas so full of herbs as to necessitate the use of a tea bag. [back to the top]

2. Why use a BathTea?
Hydrotherapy and Balneotherapy are long respected health aids.  Put your skin to good use.  Infinity BathTeas are formulated specifically to take advantage of your skin’s capacity to absorb health-building herbs into your tissues and bloodstream, as you literally…Soak up the goodness.

Many of the beneficial ingredients in our products have an unpleasant taste or can cause digestive distress if taken orally, depending on medical conditions or food previously ingested.  Soaking in those same ingredients alleviates those factors, bypassing potential problems. [back to the top]

3. I ’ve used bath salts before.  What makes the Infinity BathTea System different?
The first and only system of its sort on the market today, the Infinity BathTea System is unique in its approach (the system) and its ingredients (all natural, organic as often as possible, and affordable). The system is the difference.  You can find other herbal bath therapies, but our BathTeas have 50-90% more actual herbs than any competitor we’ve found--because everybody, or literally, every body, is different.  Is it overkill?  We don’t think so.  Sure, it cuts into the profit, but we want our clients to find relief and every body responds differently to different herbs.

Infinity BathTea Products were developed, based on theories of hydrotherapy, as a system of herbs, oils and salts specifically blended for detoxification of the body or for pain management, using thermal release of the dried herbs and oils, plus green tea for better absorption into the body, along with sea salts for minerals and Epsom salts to relax the muscles. 4. What is “transdermal?”
Soaking a substance or compound through the largest organ in your body—your skin versus swalliowing that substance orally.  Many medicines are hard on your digestive system, whereas when you "Soak up the goodness", you get the benefit of taking in that same substance over a larger area, maximizing absorption, as well as protecting your delicate digestive system from concentrated forms. [back to the top]

Transdermal Oral

Transdermal
inward, through the skin.

Oral
outward, through the digestive system.

5.  Do I really need all of the products?
Every step of the system is designed to maximize absorption and encourage your body to work as a whole to heal itself. The dry brushing exfoliates the dead cells and prepares your skin to receive the BathTea. The bath itself is the delivery system, allowing your skin to soak up the goodness. The cool shower and bodywash serve to eliminate salt residue that can dry your skin and to stimulate your internal organs to use the BathTea, complemented by the herbs in the bodywash. And, finally, the body cream reinforces the herbal action while moisturizing and soothing your skin. 6. How do you use the Infinity BathTea System?
Using the Infinity BathTeas System is quite simple, just follow these steps:

  • Brush your skin gently all over with the natural bristle brush (always toward your heart) while you fill the bath to open your pores and increase circulation. Concentrate on areas that are sore or show signs of cellulite.
  • Simply fill the silk teabag with one to three scoops of tea blend, depending on the size of the tub and your personal needs. Pull the cord on the bag tightly to avoid loose herbs in your bath.
  • Make the water as warm as is comfortable for you. This will soften tense muscles and increase circulation and cell oxygenation. Increased blood flow will help pull in the minerals and herbs from the water while dissolving and eliminating toxins from your body.
  • Allow at least at least 15 minutes to soak in the BathTea.
  • Follow with a cool (Buck up - you can do it) shower and the accompanying body wash to close your pores and rinse off the salty residue. The cool water will increase your internal action, allowing your body to process the nutrients you’ve soaked in.
  • Drink lots of water during and/or after your bath in order to aid in the elimination of toxins.
  • Finish up with the appropriate body cream to leave your skin feeling pampered, yet still working to absorb the complimentary herbs. [back to the top]

7. Should I use Pain(less) Brew or Detox Brew?
Most people today eat, drink and breathe toxins on a daily basis.  If you feel sluggish, puffy, bloated, mentally “clogged,” or are seeing signs of cellulite, Detox Brew could be your answer. Detox Brew is good for just about anyone.

If you or anyone you know suffers from the aches and pains of arthritis, FMS, sports injuries, overactive middle-age (the “Are We Having Fun Yet? Syndrome), the Pain(less) Brew is your answer.  But, most pain originates primarily from cellular toxification, or a build-up of toxins in a specific site, causing inflammation and/or pain.  If you need Pain(less) Brew, you would probably benefit from maintenance use of Detox Brew. [back to the top]

8. Are there any adverse side effects?

  • Detox Brew MAY CAUSE FLUSHING AND/OR HOT FLASHES FOR UP TO 30 MINTUTES AFTER BATH.
  • Pain(less)Brew MAY CAUSE DROWSINESS.

10. Is there a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Of course. We’re proud of our products; we believe in them. Please remember that herbal therapy, by its very nature is a less aggressive therapy than the chemical compounds found in most prescription medications. That is, they are intended to be gentler, and must be used over a sustained period of time to enjoy the most effective results. We ask that you use the products as intended, according to the directions, for at least 2 weeks before you decide if our product is right for you. If you aren't satisfied, simply return the unused portion for a full refund.  You listen to your body--we’ll listen to you. [back to the top]

11. Why doesn’t my body cream feel like most over-the-counter body butters?
When you put on a body butter or cream that seems intensely emollient or lubricant, it is because there are waxes in the product that will hold it on the top layer of your skin. Infinity BathTea Body Cream is made without those waxes, so that your skin can readily absorb the beneficial nutrients. [back to the top]

12. What is the difference between Hydrotherapy and Balneotherapy?
Hydro means “water” and Bal  means “bath,” so it is really just semantics.  Generally, the term “hydrotherapy” indicates the use of the bath to treat physical ailments, but “Thermal Hydrotherapy” is probably a more accurate term, since the temperature of the water is such an important factor. Balneotherapy generally refers to bathing in mineral waters, whether from natural springs or additives, in order to treat physical ailments.  What we recommend is the use of both warm and cool water, plus herbal/mineral additives, so, technically, the Infinity BathTea System is Thermal Balneotherapy, if your high school English teacher really cares. [back to the top]

13. How soon will I feel better?
Everyone is different, depending on their level of need and body size. Some users report immediate effects, but herbal remedies, by their very nature, generally tend to be less immediate than the harsher chemical compounds found in prescription medications. [back to the top]

14. Who actually makes the products?
John and Brenda Blount, with their daughter Candice, own and manage PGI Laboratories in Seguin, Texas. PGI Laboratories follows strict standards to ensure that there is no variation in the proprietary formulas designed by Infinity BathTea Systems. They are registered with the EPA, the FDA, and have a Carbon-free Certification. [back to the top]
