DESCRIPTION:
Hydrotherapeutic Bath Formulas for a transdermal application of herbs, salts, seaweed and green tea.
PROTOCOL:
Use daily for the first 2 weeks, then twice per week or as needed. Once pain has subsided, use of the Detox Brew once and the Pain(less) Brew once per week is recommended..
1. Fill the teabag with one to three scoops of BathTea Blend, depending on the size of the tub and your personal needs.
2. Place the bag into the tub and fill with the warmest water you feel comfortable in.
3. Gently brush your entire body with the natural bristle brush.
4. Relax and soak in the tea for at least 15 minutes.
5. Follow with a shower, using the Infinity Body Wash. Start the water at the same temperature as the bath, then gradually lower the tem until it is just below that of your own body. This will rinse of the salty residue and close your pores to seal in the goodness of your bath, and help reduce the chance of hot flashes.
6. Drink lots of water during and after your bath.
7. Finish up with the Body Cream.
